the location was very convenient near many attractions. the staff provided complimentary tea and coffee at the reception area. i also appreciated the early check-in service as my room was ready when i arrived and the room was clean.
my preference would have been to have coffee and tea making facilities available in my room for convenience.

the double room included a private bathroom with essential toiletries provided. the bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean upon arrival. the room had sufficient space for luggage storage and movement.

the hotel is centrally located providing easy access to shops and local attractions. several bars and restaurants are within a short walking distance of the premises. car parks are conveniently located nearby too.

i found the staff super friendly and helpful. fresh towels arrived daily and the room had such cleanliness. tea and coffee from reception became a comforting ritual!
the bathroom radiator was not functional and the mirror light didn't work. a whirring generator outside my window was a constant disturbance at night. the noise made sleep difficult.

Acceptable location, but some issues
central locationac breaking
The location was central, useful for getting around.
The air conditioning broke twice . With a pub next door, opening the windows wasn't a viable solution. The staff provided a fan, but the AC malfunctioning repeatedly was VERY frustrating.
